Irist's stop at the Syrdarya river in the southern Kazakhstan has been lasting for 2 weeks now. He made even more than a hundred kilometres long moves, but the fact is that he always stays close to Syrdarya; actually, most quality locations point at its bank. Petr as well spent three weeks near Syrdarya last year - even if he left the nesting place much later that Iristu.
The forecast for the area where Iristu stays shows daily temperatures between 34 and 37 Celsius, nightly around 20 C. Besides, Altynai enjoys good weather near Ob as well, much better than expected. In the next few days, the daily temperatures should move within the wide range between 17 and 35 C (!) and 6 to 24 C at night.
