Picture from southern Gujarat (Jamwari, Monday, December 15, 2003)

It is very early morning and we are about to set off for the last attempt to see Iristu. With stars still above our heads, we are putting together comments for a large batch of photographs we have collected over the past few days and that should give people at least some idea of the wintering grounds of black storks in southern Gujarat and life in this part of India in general. Ondra will hopefully be able to send the whole thing (over four megs with video) from Jamnagar to Prague this afternoon...
