Iristu flies on (Wednesday, 15 October 2003)

We are not sure whether it was on Monday or yesterday when Iristu set off for another part of his journey. Satellites localised him in Uzbekistan, some 350 kilometres south of the place where he had spent almost two months. He has been following approximately the same route as Petr last year. We can expect that after a stop at Amudarya, he will try to cross Afghani Hindukush... Hopefully, new coordinates will be available later in the evening.
