We are leaving for Russia tomorrow (Thursday, 10th July 2003)
A small surprise, which I promised to you in the last article, has already been on the pages for several days. It's a brochure about New Odyssey's first year (www.rozhlas.cz/odysea/publications). This publication will soon go out of date - tomorrow we are leaving for Novosibirsk to mark next three Black Storks with transmitters and go on with the project's second year.
Let's hope our operation in Siberia will be easier this time than last year. Then, we had to travel the land the size of Europe before we stood under the first stork nest. This time we'll go directly to the Klyutchiks - to the places where we were finally after all those troubles succesfull - and where our wonderful fellow Nikolay Juschkov lives. But I don't want to undo it; one never knows...
