Petr and Roman carrying on (Thursday 12th September 2002)
Roman has flown over the Moyynkum desert and the peak of Karatao mountain, and stopped after 300 kilometersneraby the Syrdarya river. So she's still in southeast Kazakhstan, but it takes 100 kilometers only to get to Uzbekistan.
Petr reached 300 kilometers over Kazakhstan as well. As different from Roman, he's aiming much more to the west. Who knowsif he's not going to fly over the Near East to Africa... It may sound very fantasctic but if he doesn't change his course for a few days, it will even become probable.
And, finally, Katerina. She really changed her course to the west yesterday but then she probably stopped in the drainage of the Ili river in the east Kazakhstan. The data at hand cannot be interpreted unambiguously. So we'll have to wait if the yesterday's prediction of mine proves true. Almost sure seems that she's near the Issyk-Kul lake and got cornered. The question is why she ever flew there?
