Martin Netočný

Martin is a graduate of the Master’s program of the Department of Photography at the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague and is also a new doctoral student of the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Social Studies in Brno. In his current artistic and research practice, he is dedicated to the deconstruction of shared historical narratives, the relational and discourse analysis of post-industrial landscapes, and the politics of public space. His doctoral research project is focused on more-than-human relationality in industrialized agriculture environments. All those fields are systematically researched by established methods combined with observational documentaries and gallery installations.
